Jonathan’s practice primarily focuses on bankruptcy, restructuring and commercial litigation matters. He regularly represents trustees, lenders, creditors and debtors in Texas and around the country in a variety of bankruptcy-related matters, including liquidations, reorganizations and workouts. His commercial litigation experience often involves the resolution of business disputes in federal, state and appellate courts, as well as arbitration panels.

Before joining Munsch Hardt, Jonathan worked as an associate at a Dallas-based law firm.
