Nate’s practice focuses on commercial real estate law, advising lenders and borrowers in complex business and real estate lending transactions. He has experience representing clients in drafting commercial leases and conducting due diligence in title and survey analysis for commercial property acquisitions.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Nate worked as a corporate, finance and commercial real estate attorney at a Dallas-based law firm. He previously served as a legal extern for the Chief Justice of the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims.
