He regularly drafts and negotiates agreements, conducts due diligence and manages closing activities for middle-market M&A transactions. He also advises clients in business formation, restructuring, corporate governance and securities matters.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Nathan served as an associate at a national law firm in its Houston office.

    Represented an IT strategy and consulting firm, specializing in enterprise cloud and data analytics advisory services, in the sale to a publicly traded company.

  • HVAC Supplier Disposition

    Represented an HVAC and refrigeration wholesale supplier in its sale to a competitor. The deal was valued at more than $60 MM.

  • Background Check Company Disposition

    Represented an employee screening solutions provider, primarily focused on drug testing and background screening, in its sale to a private equity-backed competitor.
