Overview

Rob is the Section Head of the Corporate & Securities group and serves as a member of the Firm's Operations Committee. He has more than 30 years of experience counseling publicly- and privately-held companies in a wide spectrum of corporate and securities transactions. He focuses his practice on "middle market" merger and acquisition transactions. 

Rob also handles venture capital, financing and recapitalization transactions that generate substantial proceeds for his clients and enable them to realize their goals for growing their businesses. Other clients have sought Rob’s expertise and advice in connection with their initial public offerings and other securities offerings, as well as on corporate governance matters.

He offers a broad range of industry experience, having worked closely with companies in the technology, manufacturing, distribution, construction, retail, restaurant, financial, insurance, energy services, aviation, and health care services industries.

Rob’s representation focuses on growing companies, their founders, investors, and executives who plan to:

  • Close private equity, venture capital and debt financings
  • Build or sell businesses through merger and acquisition and recapitalization transactions
  • Create and structure business entities
  • Implement equity compensation and management succession strategies
