Munsch Hardt recently named Robert R. Kibby as Section Head for the firm’s Corporate and Securities group. Rob assumed leadership responsibility on July 1 and succeeded Mike Hainsfurther, who will continue to be a Shareholder in the Corporate and Securities group.

Rob joined Munsch Hardt in 2005 and has over 20 years of experience counseling corporate clients in connection with merger, acquisition, financing, and licensing transactions.
