Munsch Hardt announced today that the nominations of the Firm’s 2013 Management Committee have been completed, and elections finalized by the firm’s equity shareholders.

Glenn B. Callison is Chief Executive Officer, and Phil C. Appenzeller, Jr., Chief Operating Officer, has been re-elected. Management committee member at large, Richard O. Kopf, will return in the new year, along with M’Lou Patton Bell, Member-Austin. 

The Management Committee has primary responsibility of consulting with, and providing input to, the CEO in establishing the Firm’s overall strategic direction and operations. In addition to the elected management committee, the appointed members include:  William T. Cavanaugh – Section Head of Real Estate, Kevin M. Lippman – Section Head of Reorganization & Corporate Finance, Phil C. Appenzeller, Jr. – Section Head of Litigation and Robert R. Kibby – Section Head of Corporate.
