Peter’s practice focuses on representing local and nationwide restaurants, retailers, real estate companies and transportation companies in disputes ranging from personal injury & wrongful death to breach of contract and partnership disputes.

Peter dedicates a substantial portion of his practice to advising landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, developers and brokers on a broad range of legal issues. Peter has extensive experience representing real estate clients in high-stakes litigation including eviction disputes, lease termination disputes, breach of contract disputes, fraud or misrepresentation disputes, title disputes and commission disputes.
