He has, during his career, advised insurance carriers and policyholders through all stages of claims and related litigation, helping his clients secure successful outcomes. His significant experience working on first-party coverage matters includes business interruption and property damage involving weather-related claims, construction defects and builders risks matters, and other types of property losses.
Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Ron was a partner at a national law firm where he gained deep experience in the courts in Texas and California.
