Jay’s practice focuses on commercial litigation across a variety of industries.
Having attended Texas Tech University School of Law, Jay graduated summa cum laude and second in his class. While in law school, Jay served as the Editor in Chief of the Texas Tech Law Review and was the recipient of the Edward R. and Jo Anne M. Smith Scholarship. He was also a part of Tech’s National Champion team for the 2021 National Appellate Advocacy Competition—the largest moot court competition in the country. He is also a member of the Order of the Coif and Order of the Barristers.
Before attending law school, Jay worked extensively in fundraising and development for various organizations and committees. Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Jay served as a Summer Associate in Munsch Hardt’s Dallas office and interned with the Texas Indigent Defense Commission.
